Activities - which one is best?

St. Maarten Forum

When you have had enough of sleeping late and lying on the beach lapped by crystalline waters it is time to get going. St. Maarten offers so many choices of day activities the biggest problem is deciding what to do this year and what to leave for next year. Even after twenty years there is a new experience waiting around the corner.

Jet skis, parasailing, snorkeling diving and kite sailing are but a few of the things to do on the water. Hikes, history, horses, fishing and zip lines await the adventurous. The intrepid explorer will find so many choices of easy day trips to neighboring islands, both inhabited and not that choosing is the only hard part. Community minded visitors will often get involved in a local project. A sunset sail is almost a requirement after your relaxing spa treatments! St. Maarten has so much to do.

These are a few of my favorite things

A picnic sail or cruise is the best way for me to capture the whole feeling of being in the Caribbean. Even just a little way offshore the islands become sparkling green jewels. Even simple food tastes better, and the cool drinks sweeter. All stress gets left behind, the present becomes magical, and the future is full of the possible. 8 hours is a whole lifetime!!!!
